Biography
Lisa McCune is Provincial Director of the Patient Experience Program and acting provincial director of research, innovation and education at BC Cancer. She introduced BC Cancer’s Framework for Patient & Family Engagement and Experience and launched the Network of Patient and Family Partners in 2017. The Patient Experience Program works with patients, families and community organizations to ensure that the patient voice is reflected in the development, implementation and evaluation of BC Cancer’s programs and services.
