Biography

Tara Carpenter-Kellett Tara Carpenter‐Kellett  is the Manager of Continuity of Care at CancerCare Manitoba and leads the Transitions of Care Program and Advance Care Planning Initiative. She holds certifications from the University of Winnipeg and Red River College in Health Services Management and Human Resources Management. She is an executive member and team lead for the Canadian College of Health Leaders and her research interests include health services delivery evaluation and improving patient experience. Tara has 18 years’ experience working in various areas of the health care continuum, and specializes in program planning and management, business analysis, change and transition management, strategic planning, project implementation, and public health education. She has volunteered her expertise with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, World Breast Cancer Organization, Canadian Cancer Society, Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and Palliative Manitoba.
